Marketing Portfolio
Hello, I am a Marketing student finishing up my last semester of college at Ohio University. Arriving at college, I was unsure of what I wanted to do. My love for marketing started during the pandemic in 2020, when I was working the slowest days my parent's diner has ever seen. This sparked the idea to create an instagram for them. My love for social media and marketing grew that year so much to where I decided to establish my major to marketing! I ended up going back to campus and getting a position in my sorority, Social Events Director, where I got to plan fun events for members. I also applied for the Bumble Honey Ambassador program and became an impact manager. In this position, I marketed Bumble to students and connected them with various organizations on campus. Going into the summer I got an internship working with a start-up dating app and helped completely elevate their brand. I am eager to start my job search and so excited to see what's in store.

About me
Johnny's diner
Being the young and tech savvy one of the family automatically gave me the responsibility of running the Google Business and Facebook. During Covid, we, like many other businesses, didn't have as many customers, which is where our instagram was created! It's an amazing basis for my families restaurants social media and whenever I'm home I cannot wait to create more content to grow the diner's brand.
Bumble
impact Manager
As an Impact Manager in the Bumble Honey Program, I was responsible for the advertising of the brand through social media, participating in community outreach, and planning events. Bumble allowed us to take creative control with how we marketed the dating app on Ohio University's campus. We worked with a lot of different organizations on campus, for example, I connected Bumble with a Women's organization on campus in celebration of Woman's History month, which helped forge a more meaningful relationship with bumble's customers by invoking marketing empathy.

Integrated business cluster
Copeland Associate
The Integrated Business Cluster (IBC) is an innovative educational experience that challenges students to apply concepts learned in multiple disciplines, such as business communication, management, analytics and information systems, and marketing, to create real business opportunities. Through the IBC, I worked alongside other students in teams to complete two client projects, which involved conducting research and analysis, creating a marketing strategy, and developing financial projections. During my participation, we analyzed the Beauty and Personal Care Industry, with a focus on the sustainable aspect of the industry. The IBC provided me with valuable skills in leadership, communication, time management, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. This program has been one of the most valuable educational experiences throughout my college career so far.
